Regrettably, and with immediate effect, we have introduced what we hope will be a temporary change to the standard term on our quotes.
Prices for ancillary items (copper, insulation, cable, metal, condensate pumps, PVC, etc.) on quotes are temporarily only valid for a maximum of 10 days.
This change has been implemented as a result of the current unpredictable nature of ancillary prices.
Air conditioning kit (evaporators, condensers, grilles, controllers, etc.) and A/C spares (PCBs, compressors, etc.) are excluded from this change, meaning all lines on quotes that fit the description of kit or spares will maintain the standard 30-day validity term.
Under these new circumstances, we strongly advise all of our customers to obtain an ancillary quote from us before you price up your job for your own clients. Doing so will guarantee you the prices on your quote, provided you place the order within 10 days of the quote being generated, therefore protecting you from any price increases that may be introduced within those 10 days. *Unless stated otherwise.
