We'd like to thank you all for your custom throughout what continues to be a very unique and productive summer! Despite receiving a record number of enquiries, we are working hard with our suppliers to provide you with premium-quality services and products as efficiently as possible.
As always, Samsung endeavours to keep any price increases to a minimum. However, raw material prices (including semi-conductors), higher production costs and increased transport & freight costs continue to impact product pricing.
Therefore, Samsung and Freedom Air Conditioning will reluctantly be increasing list prices for all air conditioning, heat pump models, controls and accessories by +4% from 1st November 2026, with the exception of some models, listed below...

Please note: Samsung have advised that the new list prices will be rounded to the nearest £, so items may be slightly higher/lower than above 4% to facilitate this calculation.

All existing orders, and new orders placed before 1 November 2026, will remain at current pricing, provided delivery is taken by 31 December 2026.
