Upon purchase of a qualifying bag from Freedom A/C stock, you will either be presented with your free pouch or case immediately or alternatively, we will order your pouch or case from the supplier which could take around 3-5 working days to come in. Upon delivery of the pouch or case to Freedom A/C, you will be contacted to arrange delivery or collection from our trade counter.
The promotional pouch and case hold no value, and cannot be returned for credit or exchanged for any other item.
